I'm using the camera to view a Game Feeder which is approx. 800' from my home. It works great!! Day time color is perfect and night vision (black and white) is just as good up to around 40 ft.
Night vision not very clear

I have had this camera for about 6 months now.
The night video is pretty grainy. Also, you can see reflections in the camera in the night video. I think it is the camera seeing a reflection from the protective outdoor lens generated by the infrared lights.
Also, recently the camera does not display green properly. Green is displayed white.
For an hour or so in the morning, the sun is seen in the corner of the camer's video. I suppose it is possible that the sun damaged the camera. However, it would be good if the camera was more robust than that. After all, it is frequently impossible to prevent the camera from seeing a portion of the sun for a while.
